Personal story
A sixth-generation New Yorker, I spent my early childhood living as an expatriate in Antigua, where my mother built a hotel and restaurant. That early exposure to different cultures – both through the hospitality world and as an American abroad – taught me to appreciate how people can be both remarkably similar and strikingly different. My mother’s entrepreneurship sparked my interest in business and economic development. As the daughter and granddaughter of social workers, I’ve been psychologically inclined, drawn to the intersection of psychology and leadership. I feel privileged to support business leaders as they deepen their self-awareness and grow into more effective stewards of their organisations. Outside of work, I stay busy parenting my twins, who I enjoy seeing learn and grow every day.
