Personal Story
My early years were heavily influenced by my parents’ careers in social service and lessons in working hard, doing your best, and a hunger for understanding. I became hugely interested in leadership and social dynamics at the outset of my career, seeing the impact of great and not-so-great leaders firsthand. In the decades since then, my passion for building exceptional leadership in places that matter has only grown. That has brought me to the world of private equity where my professional joys intersect – business growth, leadership, and human performance.
