Dorothee Pastoor

Personal story

Born and raised in Berlin, I experienced the fall of the Berlin Wall firsthand – a transformative collective event that fuelled my fascination with human behaviour, particularly how different individuals and groups respond to change. Witnessing such a pivotal moment taught me the importance of leadership, resilience, adaptability, and understanding diverse perspectives. My early pursuits in concert piano and goldsmithing instilled discipline and precision, but 25 years ago, I discovered my true passion in business psychology, helping individuals and organisations reach their full potential. Now living with my family on Sweden’s West Coast, I enjoy nature, cooking and spending quality time together, while working across multiple countries and languages.
