Emma Murphy

Personal story

As an economist at heart, I was drawn to the human side of models and frameworks – seeking to understand the behaviours and motivations beneath the data. Early in my career, I discovered my strength: helping analytical minds communicate effectively and fostering diverse teams in environments where thinking can be rigid. Today, I enjoy guiding organisations through transformation. At home, I embrace the chaos of my husband, two teenagers, and a Labradoodle, all of whom seem to want to go in very different directions.
