Personal story
Growing up on a farm in Wales, my early years were shaped by an active outdoor lifestyle and a passion for all kinds of sports, especially golf. This sparked an interest in the psychology of performance, mindset and resilience, and how these factors influence success. As I progressed in my career, I became increasingly focused on enhancing leadership decision-making through data-driven insights, helping teams achieve better results and unlocking their full potential. Now based in London, I continue to enjoy the psychology of performance and the challenges of golf, ever pursuing the elusive lower handicap.
