Personal story
With Swedish and English roots, I grew up connected to both cultures, which gave me an appreciation for how different backgrounds can complement each other – and sometimes clash. It also taught me the value of bringing diverse perspectives together. My father was a business owner, and from a young age, I was inspired by the grit, creativity, and skill it takes to lead and grow a business. That early exposure sparked an interest in business that’s stayed with me throughout my career. I currently live in London with my kids and a pair of cats who team up to steal food from my neighbour’s kitchen.

- Led the People Function at businessfourzero. Scaled headcount by 70%. Built a high- calibre, profitable team that doubled revenue in 3 years, resulting in a successful acquisition in 2023
- Led the European Talent Team at Honda Motor Launched their leadership framework and portfolio of leadership assessment and development programmes
- In the Global Talent Team at Wiley, led the build of a Career Pathing App, launching to 10,000 employees
