Personal Story
I’ve always been fascinated by the human puzzle and what makes us tick. As a child, I would watch the grown-ups around me, endlessly intrigued by their relationships and dynamics. Travelling through Asia and Africa at a young age only deepened that curiosity, leading me to study Eastern religion, philosophy, and later psychology – my enduring passion. Over the past 25 years, I’ve lived and worked in London, Sydney, Singapore, and now Lisbon, blending individual and group work to uncover the insights that matter most to my clients. I still love an adventure, and as a mum to four energetic boys, I’m taught daily about resilience, perspective, love, and joy.
