Personal story
I was born in Germany, grew up in Canada with two siblings, and was raised by Polish parents who held on tightly to their cultural roots. Being an immigrant and living in different countries has given me a real appreciation for people from all walks of life. It also sparked a deep curiosity about how our experiences shape us. I started my career in research and then found my calling in leadership consulting. After 12 years in England with my husband and our pride and joy, Sasha the Pomeranian, I’m now based in Boston, where I lead our North American business.
