I grew up in Milan, surrounded by a close-knit family and long Sunday lunches that always turned into lively debates. Curiosity about people, what motivates them, how they grow, and how they work together has been a constant thread throughout my life. That curiosity eventually became my profession. I’ve always been fascinated by how organisations can bring out the best in their people, and how great leadership can unlock real transformation. After over a decade in London, I now call Milan home again, where I enjoy the balance between international work and family life.
