Maya Mansour McCambridge

Personal story

My early years in war-torn Lebanon, with a Palestinian father and a Spanish-Lebanese mother, taught me resilience and the importance of inclusion. Growing up surrounded by rich cultural stories sparked my lifelong curiosity about what shapes us as people. This led me to delve into the field of organisational psychology, where I explore how diverse experiences and backgrounds influence behaviour, motivation, and performance in organisations. Since 2012, London has been my home, where I enjoy life with my husband, two stepchildren, and our mischievous Cockapoo Alfie.
