Personal Story
My London upbringing, shaped by lively Caribbean, English and Irish roots, ignited my lifelong curiosity about people and culture. Studies in Egyptology and Museum Cultures first led to exploring family histories as a genealogist, before I turned my research instincts toward uncovering exceptional leadership talent in executive search. Over more than a decade, I became a trusted advisor to clients and candidates and found my passion for supporting leaders’ growth. Training as a coach led me to a global consultancy that created coaching programmes to build inclusive, high-performing workplaces. I’ve recently deepened my knowledge of leadership, selection, and assessment through studies in Organisational Psychology. Outside of work, I’m immersed in motherhood, and possibly a good psychological thriller.
