Pippa Sacofsky

Personal story

Raised by a psychiatrist mother, I have always been encouraged to think deeply and scientifically about social dynamics and human behaviour. This early exposure sparked a lifelong curiosity about people’s motivations and interactions. As my career in psychology has evolved, so has this fascination, helping me support leaders more effectively. I now live just outside London with my husband and our two young sons, whose big personalities keep life endlessly entertaining.
