Personal Story
I learned early on that being able to understand people wasn’t just useful, it was essential. As a child we moved a lot and by the time I was a teenager, I’d already attended six schools. Navigating new classrooms, friendships and social dynamics gave me an instinctive curiosity about what makes people tick, how they form impressions and why they behave the way they do. That curiosity never left me; it led me to study Psychology and then specialise in Behavioural Science & Behaviour Change, and it continues to sit at the heart of everything I do. Today, I bring that same sharp lens to my work: helping organisations see their leaders clearly, make better decisions about talent, and understand the behavioural patterns that drive – or derail – performance at the top.
