Simone Ferigo

Personal Story
Originally from New Zealand, I have always been driven by curiosity — about people, places and experiences. I moved to London in 1999 and embraced a life of international travel, learning from different cultures, cuisines and ways of thinking. This global perspective shaped a worldview grounded in open-mindedness, adaptability, and a deep appreciation for how diverse experiences enrich leadership. Alongside this cultural curiosity, I developed an equally strong curiosity about structure and bringing order from chaos. This blend of human understanding and analytical clarity has defined my approach to finance: strategic, grounded, and profoundly people-centred.
