Sophie Bolton

Personal story

From a lecture theatre in Bath, to a toddler language lab in Boston and now to London — my career has been a slightly meandering path, but one united by a single question: how do behaviour, language and context combine to shape the way people function? Since then, I’ve focused on business psychology, helping organisations make better, more evidence-led decisions about their leaders. I’m now bringing that toolkit to Pebl, with a particular focus on leadership intelligence. Outside of work, I’m an appointed member of the London & Home Counties British Psychology Society branch where I specifically represent the psychology student members from across the city. I’m also a fitness enthusiast and have proudly started the Pebl Dashers run club with other members of our team.
