Personal story
Growing up I moved between Scotland and England. As the youngest of eight in a working-class family, I was exposed to a range of personalities and stories that taught me about the value of relationships, empathy, hard work and determination. While I was raising my son, I worked in leadership roles in healthcare in the southwest of England. I moved into consulting ten years ago, drawing on those foundations to support leaders and teams. I now live in north London, and outside of work I volunteer for a charity that supports people with visual impairment in sport.
