Personal Story
My first work was running my own business, which taught me what it actually feels like to build, scale and exit something before I ever advised anyone else doing it. From there I moved into elite sport and spent years embedded with Team GB across the Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020 Olympic cycles, working alongside coaches, performance directors and practitioners as they prepared athletes to perform on the world’s biggest sporting stages. It’s where I learned much of what I now believe about performance. I now bring those lessons to the leadership teams of PE-backed businesses. Outside of work I’m doing my best to juggle raising a young family with my wife, exercising and finding some adventure when we travel.
