Personal story
Growing up just outside Washington, D.C., my world revolved around sports. Whether watching or playing, I was captivated by what made athletes and teams perform at their best. My competitive spirit pushed me to dig deeper, eventually studying neuroscience, performance psychology, and kinesiology during my collegiate athletic career. This passion for peak performance now fuels my work helping others expand what they think is possible. When I’m not at work, I’m chasing outdoor adventures or exploring Austin’s vibrant food scene with my wife and our dog, Eleanor Puddles.
