Personal story
I began my career delving into natural science, researching neuroplasticity, which is how the brain adapts when we learn. Watching people’s minds change and grow sparked my interest in human behaviour and how people develop their potential. Born in Zagreb with Croatian-French heritage, I’ve lived in Germany, France, Switzerland, and now the UK. Each new home has expanded my appreciation for different cultures and the complexity of human interaction. Beyond work, I’m drawn to travel, particularly to South America and Europe, where I indulge in couple’s dancing – a lively blend of communication, collaboration, and creativity that truly inspires me.
