Personal story
With a gentle Mum and an activist Dad, I grew up learning how to connect with people and create change. At 13, I decided to become a psychologist, and that curiosity has only deepened. Over the last 25 years, I’ve worked closely with leaders, passionate about the difference exceptional leadership has on people, businesses, and society. These days, I balance my work with life in a sports-obsessed household, alongside my husband, son, and two dogs.
